About

Hi, I'm Milos. I build AI employees.

I spent 12 years in corporate, then walked away for one reason. Time. For the last decade I have built and run digital businesses. Now I build AI employees that do the same work, without the headcount.

The short version

From corporate to running the engine.

Twelve years in corporate taught me how big operations run. It also taught me they were not mine. I quit for time, not money. That was over a decade ago, and I have been in internet marketing ever since.

In 2018 I co-founded a social media management company. At its peak we ran 2,500 clients with 15 to 20 freelancers, and crossed six figures in 2019. I ran the backend. Not the face on the videos. The engine that kept it all moving.

I learned what breaks at scale and what holds. I learned that systems beat headcount every single time. So when AI agents got good enough to do real work, I did not need convincing. I already thought in systems.

Today I run a fleet of AI employees on my own business. Lead generation, content, research, reporting, day to day, in production. Then I build the same thing for other owners, on their own knowledge base.

What I actually do

I build the agents and run them.

  • Build managed AI employees that own a workflow end to end.
  • Structure your scattered business knowledge into one base the agent runs on.
  • Host, monitor, and improve the agents so you never touch the infrastructure.
  • Report the hours and dollars saved, so the value is never a guess.

What I believe

Don't trust the hype.

Take advice from people carrying real accounts, not people who only post videos. The loudest voices are usually the least accountable.

Show, don't convince.

The work speaks. I would rather run the numbers with you than pitch you. If there is no real time to save, I will tell you.

Systems beat headcount.

I have run a 2,500-client operation. The answer was never more people. It was better systems doing the repeatable work.

You own your knowledge.

Your business context is the asset. It stays yours, in a structured base you keep, whatever happens next.
